Use sand mortar to level the ground surface. FAST BRICK can be used with regular construction and plastering mortar.
Place sand mortar 6 cm wide and 10 cm high as the base for the 7 cm thick concrete block. Start laying the first block by placing the front side down and the grooved part facing up.
Place wall joint reinforcement steel attached to columns every 60 cm and insert 9 mm steel bars 40 cm long. Place them to fit perfectly with the block grooves, then cover with construction mortar.
Start laying subsequent layers by alternating the center alignment between rows of the next upper layer. Use a guide line before construction to prevent wall collapse. Wall corners must have reinforced concrete columns or beams. When constructing walls that meet floor structures, leave a gap of approximately 2-4 cm, then continue construction or reinforce with flexible materials such as foam.
Construction areas larger than 10 square meters must have reinforced columns and beams.
After construction is complete, check the alignment and levels, clean the surface, and prepare for plastering using regular plastering mortar like traditional bricks or concrete blocks.
Door and window positions must have reinforced columns and lintels. Construction areas larger than 10 square meters must have reinforced columns and lintels.
Brick joints should have consistent density of 1-1.5 cm.
When closing brickwork under beams, leave a gap for 1-2 days before closing.
If plastering is required more than 2 cm thick, possibly due to column or wall misalignment, plaster in layers with 1-1.5 cm thickness per layer using stiff mortar to allow quick drying and setting.
If very thick plastering is required (5 cm or more), install chicken wire mesh in layers.
Spray water on plastered walls for another 2-3 days (especially for exterior walls).
